Proactive Storm Preparation
& Post Storm Services
Weather alerts are monitored and preventative measures taken to protect your home before storms arrive. As soon as it is safe to enter your property, we will conduct a Go-Pro video inspection and notify you of the findings right away.
Optional Post-Storm Adjuster Services
Post storm adjuster services include having your property assessed immediately after a storm. As soon as it is safe to enter your property, our Florida licensed property adjuster is able to conduct a full inspection, complete all documentation and picture requirements per insurance standards, ready to submit to your insurance company.
Optional Concierge Servicess
Personalized services to keep your home running smoothly while you're away, such as mail/package retrieval, plant care, or coordinating maintenance.

Complimentary Concierge
All efforts are made to schedule additional services during your regularly weekly, bi-weekly or monthly scheduled services so you incur no additional charges. Also, all clients on weekly service receive 2 additional nonemergency service hours per month and all clients on bi-weekly service receive 1 additional nonemergency service hour per month.
Trust and Verify
Our system gives you full visibility. No one knows your home better than you. So, with our GoPro® video walk-throughs, you will see everything we see. You are able to double check our work and ask questions if something doesn’t look right.
Leveraging Technology
Technology support gives your service a super boost. Our service includes a dedicated, secure app as well as 24/7 electrical, temperature and humidity monitoring, so your home is being checked 24/7 rather than 1 to 4 times per month. In the long run, our goal is for technology to allow for less frequent in-person checks, leading to a lower monthly bill for you (equipment and connectivity required, at an additional cost, the monitoring service itself is included).
No Middleman Cost
If requested, we connect you directly to service providers. A&A does not accept any referral fees or commissions from service providers, so you only pay what is needed if its needed.
Use the Best
Part of providing excellent service and maintaining a 1-hour response time to emergent issues is staying within our area of expertise; home watch reporting. The most basic services can be performed during your regular schedule but then we will recommend specific professionals within their specific fields to complete any work requiring a license ensuring you receive the highest quality of work at the lowest cost.
